1. How long are sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes.

2. How much is the session fee?

Sessions are £65 per 50-minute.

I reserve a small number of reduced-fee spaces for those experiencing financial hardship. Please feel free to ask about availability.

3. How often do I need to attend sessions?

Most clients attend once a week, which allows for consistency and progress. However, we can agree what works best for you depending on your needs and availability.

4. Do you offer short-term or long-term therapy?

I offer both. Some individuals request for a few focused sessions, while others prefer open-ended support. We can review this together as we go.

5. What does being “trauma-informed” mean?

It means I understand the impact that trauma can have on your nervous system, identity, relationships, and sense of safety. I’ll always work with care and without pressure, prioritising your emotional safety both inside and outside the therapy space.

6. Where do sessions take place?

I offer three formats:

  • Walking therapy – in a local natural setting.
  • Face to face – in a private, quiet space.
  • Online or telephone – I work with clients both locally and internationally.

7. Can I switch between formats?

Yes, you’re welcome to change formats depending on what’s going on with life.

8. How do I book a session?

Please fill in the contact form and I will come back to you within 2-3 working days to arrange an initial session. We can take it from there.

9. What if I’ve never done therapy before?

That’s totally okay. You don't need to know exactly what support you require. I will meet you where you are.
