Working together.

I offer one-to-one counselling for adults seeking support through a variety of life experiences. Whether you're going through a transition, navigating grief, managing anxiety, or exploring past trauma, we’ll work together in a way that suits your needs, preferences and pace.

The support I offer includes:

  • Trauma (including childhood and spiritual trauma)
  • Anxiety and low mood
  • Grief and loss
  • Life transitions (e.g. adulting, new relationships, parenthood, retirement)
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Low self-esteem and identity issues
  • Managing stress
  • Seeking personal growth or clarity

Therapy can be short-term (a few sessions to focus on a particular issue) or long-term, where we explore deeper emotional patterns and life experiences. We'll discuss and review this together as needed.

Sessions are 50 minutes, normally once a week, with flexibility to move between formats as needed.

Therapy settings.

You are welcome to choose the therapy setting that feels right for you. Some people prefer being outdoors, others like the structure of a room, and many enjoy the flexibility of online or phone sessions. I offer the following formats:

Walking therapy.

Held in nature, where we walk side by side. The natural setting can support ease, grounding and reflection.

Face to face.

Private, face-to-face sessions in a calm and confidential indoor setting.

Online or telephone.

Accessible therapy from the comfort of your space. I work with clients both in the UK and internationally.

If you are wondering whether therapy might help, you're welcome to get in touch.

I'm happy to offer a brief call to answer any questions and help decide what feels right.
